Every company should have detailed information concerning their suppliers and customers. A Database is essential for this task. A words document or a list will tell you nothing about who is doing what and when they are doing it. A database can be simple or complex depending on requirements.

We will sit down with you and design what you need together until you feel you have what you need. Your database may be 'inhouse' or used for your clients or customers.

NTC has a ready made and loaded database for the travel industry. Simple but effective with all contacts of travel agents throughout New Zealand.

With around 800 contacts this is the most comprehensive database of contacts in New Zealand for retail travel agents listings.

The database is free to add your own comments and data and is available in Open Office Base. We will include the full Open Office suite on the disk for you.

However if you would prefer the file in MS Access we can supply this. Depending on which version you have you may have to convert the database to suit your version. MS Access will do this for you. It is also available in MS Excel.
